Mr. Kozyra has practiced law for over 45 years, handling a broad range of matters in both state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, before multiple federal circuit courts, and before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kozyra has been repeatedly named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list and recognized by the Essex County Bar Association.

Ms. Hartz's practice is focused on family law, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and prenuptial agreements. She serves as an R. 1:40-1 Economic Mediator and has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer every year from 2015 through 2026, including recognition on the Top 50 Women Lawyers list.

Mr. Brady brings extensive trial and appellate experience, holding an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, before multiple federal circuit courts, and before the United States Supreme Court.

In memoriam (1949-2014)
Mr. Peduto was a valued member of our firm and a distinguished New Jersey attorney. A former Deputy Attorney General and experienced trial attorney, he is warmly remembered by his colleagues and clients.
