Robert C. Brady

Mr. Brady is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Amherst (B.A.), Villanova University (M.A.), Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D.) and Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law (LL.M., Trial Advocacy). He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable John E. Keefe, P.J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division (2000–2001) and to the Honorable Joel A. Pisano, United States District Court, District of New Jersey (2001–2002).

He is an experienced trial lawyer and appellate practitioner with experience in construction disputes, covenants not to compete and confidentiality provisions, franchise law, trademarks, real estate and landlord-tenant law, and Consumer Fraud. Mr. Brady also believes in the power of mediation, arbitration and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); he is a trained neutral available to help lawyers and parties resolve disputes outside of court.

Mr. Brady has served as an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall University School of Law for fifteen years and has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on franchise law, construction law, and civil procedure. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Sussex County Bar Association, Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst Alumni Association. He is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Brady was named to the New Jersey Law Journal's "New Leaders of the Bar" in 2013, the "Top 100 Attorneys in New Jersey" list in 2022, and the Benchmark Litigation "Future Stars" list for Business & Commercial Litigation. Thomson Reuters has included him on New Jersey's Super Lawyers* list for Business Litigation from 2014 to present, and previously recognized him on the "Rising Stars" list from 2009–2013.

Having risen to the rank of Eagle Scout, Mr. Brady is an active volunteer in the Patriots' Path Council of the Boy Scouts of America, serving as Scoutmaster of Troop 1150 in Sparta and as Executive Vice President of Patriots' Path Council.
