Margret McBurney
Ms. McBurney is involved in all aspects of the firm's civil and commercial practice, as well as commercial transactions. Ms. McBurney was previously an associate at Marin/Goodman, LLP, where she focused her practice on civil and commercial litigation, civil appeals and appellate law, director and officer liability, professional liability, toxic torts and premise liability. Following graduation from Seton Hall Law School in 2005, Ms. McBurney completed a clerkship with the Honorable William L'E. Wertheimer, J.S.C. Ms. McBurney is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Ms. McBurney joined Kozyra & Hartz, LLC as an Associate in April 2011.
