Marcella Matos Wilson
Ms. Wilson is a graduate of Caldwell College, (B.S. Business 1987) and Seton Hall Law School (J.D. 1990). Upon graduation, Ms. Wilson served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. John Dios, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, and to the Hon. Joseph A. Falcone, then Presiding Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division. Ms. Wilson has engaged, as a solo practitioner, in the general practice of law with a primary focus on family law matters (divorce, custody and parenting time and domestic violence), real estate, criminal and estate planning since 1994. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as a member of the Essex County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee. Ms. Wilson also serves as the Prosecutor for the Township of Fairfield since 1997. She was awarded the Essex County Prosecutor’s Eagle Award for her outstanding contributions made on behalf of Essex County Crime Victims and their families. Ms. Wilson is also an instructor for Continuing Legal Education classes in the areas of Ethics, Municipal and Family Law.
